Explore how listening begins with being present—with yourself and with others. This three-hour live webinar offers space to slow down, notice your body’s signals, and become more aware of how you listen and respond within the therapeutic relationship.
Through guided reflection, listening exercises, and group sharing, you’ll practice staying connected to yourself while making room for another person’s experience. Together, we’ll explore how embodied awareness can support clearer communication and more thoughtful responses in your massage practice.
