Cancellations 7 or more days before the course
You may cancel your registration and receive a refund, less any non-refundable payment processing fees if it applies.

Cancellations 3–6 days before the course
Your registration may be transferred as a credit toward another Embodied Conscious Healing course offered within the following 12 months.

Cancellations less than 72 hours before the course
Registration fees are non-refundable. Because space is reserved for you, credits or transfers are generally not available for late cancellations or no-shows.

Illness or unexpected circumstances
If an unexpected illness or emergency prevents you from attending, please contact me. These situations may be considered individually.

If Embodied Conscious Healing cancels a course
If a course is cancelled by the instructor, you may choose either a full refund or transfer your registration to another course.

Live Webinar Attendance

Continuing education participants must attend the complete live webinar and meet attendance requirements in order to receive a CE certificate. Late arrival, early departure, or extended absence during the course may affect eligibility for CE credit.7-14 Days Before: You can transfer your registration to any other course or webinar within one year.

Less than 7 Days Before: Your fee will be forfeited.

If you need to cancel your registration, please follow these steps:

Email your cancellation request: Send an email to madelin@madelinsemper.com with your name and the course you are registered for.

Response time: You can expect a reply within 24-48 hours confirming that your cancellation request has been received.

If you do not receive a response….If you have not heard back within 48 hours, please send a follow-up email. Occasionally, messages may be filtered into spam or junk folders.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a one-day course or live webinar due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all registration payments made.

Any non-refundable credit card or payment-processing fees may be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
