Relationship is at the heart of my work.
Through more than 30 years in bodywork and the healing arts, I have come to understand healing as deeply relational—shaped by how we meet ourselves, connect with one another, and relate to the living world.

What has shaped my work
I began my professional journey in hands-on bodywork, helping people experiencing pain, injury, and stress. Over time, I saw that a person’s experience could not be separated into body, mind, and emotion—or from the relationship taking place in the room.
I became increasingly interested in what happens when we slow down and listen more deeply. I saw how presence, communication, and connection could influence what became possible.
That understanding continues to deepen through practice, personal experience, and ongoing inquiry into embodied awareness, relationship, the nervous system, and consciousness.
MY APPROACH
A grounded practice of presence
Presence is not simply a concept to me. It is a practice of meeting what is here before immediately trying to change it.
When we reconnect with our experience, we can begin to notice the patterns we carry, what our bodies are communicating, and how we relate to ourselves and others. This can create more space for understanding, choice, and conscious participation in our lives.
Slow down and notice what is present
Reconnect with sensation, breath, and embodied experience
Explore patterns with curiosity rather than judgment
Practice honest and conscious communication
Integrate new awareness into daily life and relationships
AN INVITATION
Whether you come for personal support, shared exploration, or professional learning, you are invited to slow down, listen more deeply, and explore what becomes possible through greater presence and connection.
