3) Educational and wellness disclaimer (important)

The Website content, sessions, courses, and resources are provided for educational and general wellness purposes. They are not medical advice and do not replace care from qualified medical or mental health professionals.

4) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to purchase or participate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5) Pricing and payments

Prices are shown on the Website unless otherwise stated. Prices may not include taxes or processing fees that could be applied at checkout.

When you make a purchase, you may be directed to a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe, PayPal, other card payment). We do not store your full payment card information.

You represent that:

  • you have the legal right to use the payment method, and

  • the information you provide is accurate and complete.

6) Scheduling and participation

Online sessions

After purchase or booking, you will receive instructions for scheduling and/or joining your session. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and joining at the scheduled time.

Events & trainings

Event details (dates, times, format, location, and requirements) are listed on each event or course page. You are responsible for reviewing those details before registering.

7) Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds

Your purchase is subject to the policies listed below and any course-specific or event-specific policies posted on the Website (including a “Policies” or “FAQ” page). If there is a conflict, the course/event page and Policies page control.

A) Online sessions (suggested baseline policy)

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.

  • No-shows are typically non-refundable.

B) Live events and trainings

Refunds/cancellations depend on the type of event and timing. Please review our Policies & FAQs for the current details.

C) Digital products and downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, unless required by law or unless otherwise stated on the product page.

D) On-demand / self-paced courses (if applicable)

Refunds, if offered, are limited and based on access/consumption (for example: within 14 days and/or before completing 10%). See the course page and Policies & FAQs.

If we cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services, events, or trainings due to circumstances such as illness, low enrollment, platform issues, weather, venue changes, or other situations beyond our control. If we cancel, we will provide a refund or credit according to our Policies & FAQs.

8) CE credits and certificates (if applicable)

Some trainings may offer continuing education credits where stated. Requirements for CE credit (such as attendance, participation, assignments, or assessments) will be posted on the course page.

Certificates of completion, if offered, may be issued only after meeting the stated requirements.

9) No guarantees

We do not guarantee outcomes, earnings, professional results, health changes, or specific benefits from any session, course, event, or resource.

10) Intellectual property

All content on this Website—including text, videos, audio recordings, PDFs, course materials, graphics, branding, and logos—is owned by Embodied Conscious Healing or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or share our materials,

  • record live trainings or sessions without written permission, or

  • share purchased downloads or course access with others

You may use purchased materials for your personal use only, unless a written license is provided.

11) Community and respectful conduct

If you participate in events, group sessions, trainings, comments, or community spaces, you agree to be respectful and not to harass, threaten, or disrupt others.

We may remove or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or creates an unsafe or disruptive environment, with refunds handled according to our Policies & FAQs.

12) Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Website or attempt to gain unauthorized access,

  • use automated tools to scrape content,

  • upload harmful code (viruses, malware),

  • impersonate any person or entity,

  • send spam or unsolicited marketing,

  • violate any applicable laws.

13) Third-party links and tools

The Website may include links to third-party websites or tools (Zoom, YouTube, Spotify, Stripe, etc.). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or performance. Use them at your own discretion.
